  • Log in with your username and password.

TRANSFERING FROM ANOTHER CABLE COMPANY

MISSING CHANNELS

HAVE YOU TRIED REBOOTING YOUR RECEIVER?

Rebooting your receiver can many times solve issues in which your receiver is frozen or stuck acquiring signal. To reboot your receiver, hold down the power button found inside the control panel on the front of the receiver for 30 seconds. It may take 10-15 minutes for the receiver to reboot and a blank screen or no signal is normal during this time. If this does not solve your problem, please feel free to contact our Technical Support for further help.
